Multi-Flight Watchlist
Track every flight that matters — all in one view
The Multi-Flight Watchlist is the command center of TrackMyWings — the place where all your tracked flights live in a single, unified view, organized by departure time and updated in real-time as status changes.
For a casual traveler, the watchlist might have one or two flights: their own upcoming trip, and maybe a family member's flight they're waiting to pick up. For a frequent business traveler, it might have 8-10 flights spanning the next two weeks: their own flights, a colleague's connecting flight they need to coordinate with, a client's arrival they're hosting, and a return flight they're considering moving to an earlier time slot.
Each card in the watchlist shows the essential information at a glance: flight number and airline logo, departure and arrival cities with times, current status (scheduled, boarding, in flight, landed, delayed), and a delay indicator if applicable. Tap any card to expand to the full flight detail view with live map, full timeline, and all available data.
The watchlist is intelligently sorted: active flights (currently in the air) appear first, followed by upcoming flights in chronological order, followed by completed flights. You can pin specific flights to the top — useful if you're coordinating a complex arrival and need quick access to a specific flight.
Notification preferences are set per-flight on the watchlist. Want gate alerts for your own flight but only landing notifications for a colleague's? Set it that way. The watchlist respects your preferences without requiring you to configure a global setting.
Free users can maintain up to 5 concurrent flights in their watchlist — enough for most travelers. Pro users get unlimited concurrent flights, which is essential for coordinators, travel managers, and families tracking multiple trips simultaneously. Completed flights automatically archive after 7 days, keeping your watchlist focused on upcoming and active travel.
